Chicken Marsala –  Fresh Chicken Tenderloins Dredged In A Lightly Seasoned Flour & 3 Grated Italian Cheeses. Sautéed Until Golden Brown. Finished In A Wonderful Reduction of Sweet Marsala, Butter, Fresh Mushrooms And Chicken Stock.  

Chicken Piccata –  Fresh Chicken Tenderloin Lightly Dusted In Seasoned Flour And Sautéed In Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then Sprinkled With A Little Oregano, Crushed Red Pepper And Sea Salt. To Make Our Wonderful Sauce We Add Some White Wine, Lemon Juice, Artichokes, Garlic, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Butter, Chicken Stock And Capers.
